Legacy is owned and operated by Ahmed Mamdouh (Sharky), a PADI Course Director with over 16 years of experience operating in the Red Sea and the founder of Deco Divers. He is supported by a trusted team drawn from Deco Divers, alongside the dedicated crew of Legacy.

Built in Safaga, Egypt, Legacy began as a carefully considered concept before launching in 2023. From the outset, Sharky designed the vessel with a strong focus on guest comfort, operational practicality, and onboard safety.
